Credit card and Postepay
After entering the billing and shipping data (Cash page) the user is redirected to PayPal secure page to perform the transaction.
In PayPal the user can pay with any credit card, also PostePay by Visa or Mastercard. Registration to PayPal is never mandatory.
The credit card is charged only when authorizing the online transaction, then and the user is taken back to Insegne shop website for the final confirmation of the order.
It is not possible to pay through PostePay recharge/reload.

With PayPal gateway you can pay in the following ways:
- PayPal Prepaid Credit - only if you have a PayPal account
- Credit cards or debit cards (prepaid) - PayPal registration is not mandatory

In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed and shipped only after the actual credit.
The credit must take place within 5 working days from the date of the order, after which the order will be automatically cancelled.

Customer is required to write the order number (notified by email) in the bank transfer reason.
Insegne shop is not responsible for any delay of credit due by banking services.
Please check the actual time of credit with your bank (usually 2 working days).
All online payments (credit card or PayPal) take place exclusively on the secure encrypted servers of their respective owners.
Insegne shop or third parties do not hold and do not have access to sensitive payment data of the customer, such as credit card codes or PayPal account access informations.
Usually, PayPal and credit card charges are immediate and notified by SMS and/or email. Insegne shop is not responsible for any delays of the portals. To ensure that your order has been successfully completed, please check that you have received:
- SMS or email notification of payment (by the payment portal)
- Email notification of the order (by Insegne shop website)
If you did not receive these emails, check the spam folder too.
In case of cancellation of the order, due to a customer request or non-acceptance by Insegne shop, we will proceed the refund it with the same payment method used for the original transaction.
